1- Chivito al plato (Chivito at dish) would usually have the following ingredients:

1/4 inch steak (such as a filet mignon)
Filete de 1/4 de pulgada (como un filete mignon)
2 or 3 slices of bacon
2 0 3 rodajas de tocino.
1 egg, ham, mozzarella cheese, tomato, onion, lettuce, fried potatoes and/or potatoes with carrots and green beans salad, mayonnaise and salt.
1 hevo, jamon, queso mozzarella, tomate, cebolla, lechuga, papitas fritas o ensalda de papas con zanahoirias y arvejas, mayonesa y sal.
HOW TO PREPARE COMO PREPARARLO.
# Fry the bacon and a few slices of onion.
# Cocine el tocino con algunas rodajas de cebolla.
# Then, in the same pan and with the bacon grease, cook the steak, adding a bit of salt when is half way done and then also adding the ham and mozzarella cheese on top of it.
# Entonces, en el mismo sarten y con la graza del tocino, cocine el filete, agregandole un poqito de sal, cuando este la mitad cocido y entonces agreguele el jamon y el queso mozzarella arriba de esto.
# The mozzarella cheese should melt.

# Then cut the tomato in slices and start preparing the dish.

1 Filete de ternera.
1 Fillet of beef
# Tomato, lettuce, onion, ham, mozzarella cheese, mayonnaise, salt, egg and fries.
# Tomate, lechuga,cebolla, queso mozzarella, mayonesa, sal, huevo y papas fritas.
HOW TO PREPARE IT. COMO PREPARARLO.
# Cook the steak in a pan, with a little oil. Try it be a fine cut.
# Cocine el filete en un sarten, con un poquito de aceite. Procure que sea un corte fino.
# Add salt to it when is halfway done and at that point also add onion, a slice of ham and a slice of mozzarella cheese on top of it (the cheese should melt).
# Agregue sal cuando este la mitad cocido y a ese puento tambien agruegule la cebolla, una rodaja de jamon y una rodaja de queso de mozzarella arriba. ( El queso se tiene que derretirse)

PREPARE IT BY.. COMO PREPARARLO.
# Frying the bacon with slices of onion.

# Then cook the steak in the grease of the bacon, adding salt to it when is halfway done as well as the ham and mozzarella on top.
# Entonces cocine el filete con la graza del tocino, agreguele sal cuando esta por la mitad de cocido y entonces pongale el jamon y el queso de mozzarella arriba.
# Then fry the egg ( it can also be used boiled and slices instead).
