PARADOR TAJES DEPARTAMENTO DE CANELONES

El Parador Tajes le debe su nombre a que esta era la casa de verano del General Maximo Tajes, presidente de Uruguay (1886-1990)

The Parador Tajes owes its name to the fact that this was the summer home of General Maximo Tajes, president of Uruguay (1886-1890)

A este parque lo administra el minoisterio de Defensa Nacional.

El parque habria sus puertas a las 8 de la mañana (febreo del 2022) pero hay que aberiguar ya que cambia segun la estacion del año.

The park would open its doors at 8 in the morning (February 2022) but you have to find out since it changes according to the season of the year.

La casa de Tajjes fue construida en 1880 y es Patrimonio Historico Nacional.

Actualmente la casa funcion acomo un museo donde hay armas y uniformes de la epoca artiguista.

Este se encuentra en el kilometro 51 de la ruta nacional 47. Desde Montevideo se toma la ruta 5 hasta la 36 y al llegar a Cerrillos se toma la ruta 47 al final.
